ADM 515 Project Management
The process of integrating and harmonizing systems,
techniques, and people to achieve the desired results of a project within established goals of time, budget, and quality.
Upon completion of the course, students should be able to identify a project, articulate its goals and objectives, plan all
aspects of its execution, execute and control the project, close out the project, and devise appropriate follow-up activities.
